5 sec. straddle hang
5 sec. tuck hang
5 sec. pike hang
Chin hold

LEVEL A BEAM

Arm position (forward, crown, side, high crown, high side)
Relevé walks forward (hands on hips)
Walk backwards (flat foot) (hands on hips)
Side walks (flat foot) (hands on hips)
Dip walks (flat foot) (hands on hips)
Toe to passe´ balance (both legs) (hands on hips)
Parallel position ( in releve) hands on hips-hold practice both legs
Jump dismount off side of beam-straight. tuck or straddle
Plie jumps ( in parallel) (hands on hips)
Correct plié, (heels down, back flat, bottom tucked under)
Lunge to small lever with foam
Arabesque om good leg
